Brian has an extensive in-house experience both litigating and managing litigation. A few companies he has worked for include Kohler Co., ADP, Inc., Spherion Corp., and Randstad. He began his career with the U.S. Government working at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in 1995. He has widespread experience in Labor and Employment Law.
Brian has served on the Board of Directors for Labor and Employment Section for WI State Bar Association. His State Bar admissions include Texas, North Carolina, and Wisconsin and he was Authorized House Counsel in Florida.
Brian graduated Cum Laude from St. Olaf College in 1993 with an economics degree and business management concentration. He graduated from Marquette Law School in 1996 where he was a member of law review.
He was born in raised in Wisconsin, spending time in Appleton, Eau Claire and Waupaca. In his spare time he enjoys, bicycling, downhill skiing, and water skiing. He has also served as a firefighting member of the local Township Fire Department.
