ATTORNEY BILL THEDINGA RE-ELECTED TO PUBLIC UTILITY SECTION OF THE WISCONSIN BAR ASSOCIATION WELD, RILEY, PRENN & RICCI, S.C.

EAU CLAIRE – Steve Weld, President of Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, S.C., is pleased to announce Attorney Bill Thedinga has been re-elected to the board of the Public Utility Section of the Wisconsin Bar Association (formerly the Energy and Telecommunications Section). In a contested election, Bill outpolled all other candidates. His support from public utility attorneys across the state demonstrates how well he is regarded by his peers in the legal profession.
This is one of several occasions where Bill has been recognized by the legal profession in recent years. In 2012, he was chosen by the NTCA (National Telecommunications Cooperative Association) legal committee as a panelist for the NTCA Legal Seminar in Tucson. This year Bill was asked to speak at the Wisconsin Public Utility Institute’s Energy and Telecommunications 2014 Update at UW-Madison.
During his career, Bill has been held in high regard by his peers. In the Martindale-Hubbell legal rating system, Bill has held the top rating for longer than any attorney in West Central Wisconsin. Bill has consistently received the coveted “AV” rating from his peers for legal skills and integrity.
