Attorney Bill Wallo will participate in the Annual Bankruptcy Update presented by the State Bar of Wisconsin on November 16-17, 2016 in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He will join co-presenter Daniel R. Freund of Freund Law Office in presenting the Dale Ilhenfeldt Memorial Case Law Review, a session addressing recent bankruptcy cases decided nationwide. Periodically described by attendees as the “Dan and Bill Show,” they have been presenting the case law update at the State Bar’s annual bankruptcy presentations since 2008.
Based in the firm’s Eau Claire office, Bill is a shareholder and member of Weld Riley’s business and litigation sections. He represents individuals, business owners, companies, and lenders in a variety of transactional matters, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy, insolvency, and financial restructuring not only in northern Wisconsin but across the state. He previously served as the career law clerk to a bankruptcy judge, is a member of the board of directors of the Wisconsin State Bar’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditor Rights Section, and is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and commercial issues.
