Attorney David A. Richie Sworn-in to Minnesota Bar Association

The law firm of Weld Riley, S.C. is pleased to announce Attorney David A. Richie was recently admitted to practice in Minnesota and was sworn-in in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

“We are proud to have David in the firm’s Labor & Employment section. His swearing-in expands the firm’s representation of both private and governmental entities in both Wisconsin and Minnesota,” said Weld Riley President Steve Weld.

Prior to joining the firm, Richie graduated from Marquette University Law School with honors in 2018. While at Marquette, Richie was an associate editor for the Marquette Law Review. He also served as a personal research assistant to the Dean of the University Law School.

Richie has pursued his interest in politics by working as a legislative assistant for various State Representatives in the Wisconsin State Assembly. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, while contributing to the University’s newspaper, The Badger Herald.

“I am eager to have the opportunity to assist clients that live and work in both Wisconsin and Minnesota,” said Richie.
