Bill Wallo Elected to the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin

Bill Wallo was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He will serve a three-year term and will draw upon his extensive experience with the bankruptcy system in assisting the section’s judicial and legislative activities, technology initiatives, publications, and public services.

On October 30 and 31, 2014, Bill Wallo will co-present the Dale Ihlenfeldt Memorial Case Law Update at the Wisconsin State Bar’s 2014 Annual Bankruptcy Update. More information is available here (Eastern District/Milwaukee Program) and here (Western District/Madison Program).

On November 13, 2014, Bill Wallo’s presentation regarding the treatment of farm leases in bankruptcy will be rebroadcast by the National Business Institute as part of a day-long webcast on Farm Leases. See NBI’s website for more information.

On May 8, 2015, Bill Wallo will lead a panel discussion at the Northwestern Wisconsin Bankruptcy Institute on the topics of Mining, Mineral Rights and Bankruptcy.
