Attorney William E. Wallo Joins Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, S.C.

EAU CLAIRE – The law firm of Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, S.C. is pleased to announce William E. Wallo has joined the firm.
Commenting on Bill joining the firm was Weld, Riley President Steve Weld, “We are pleased to have Bill join our firm’s Business and Litigation Sections. His decades of experience in the bankruptcy courts will be invaluable to our Business and Litigation clients.” Bill joins the firm after spending 18 years as the law clerk to the Honorable Thomas S. Utschig, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to his work in the bankruptcy court, Bill worked in private practice in Oklahoma.
Bill is a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Wisconsin District Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Wisconsin, as well as the federal courts for Eastern and Western Wisconsin.
Bill received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in English from University of Central Oklahoma. Currently, Bill and his family reside in Eau Claire where he is actively involved with his local church, school and the community.
