Attorney Anthony S. Wachewicz IIIin Eau Claire, Menomonie, Black River Falls, Wausau, and Tomahawk

Anthony Wachewicz III is a member of the firm’s Municipal Law, School Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Real Estate Sections.

Tony represents local municipalities and school districts in all aspects of legal matters, including advising on governmental powers and compliance issues, representation at governmental meetings, drafting of ordinances and development agreements, personnel matters, and public records and open meetings issues.   Tony also represents school districts on special education and related matters.

Additionally, Tony provides labor and employment advice for both the public and private sector and works with local government, school districts, and individual clients on land use matters and real estate transactions.  Tony’s broad range of legal experience helps fulfill his desire to serve and assist clients with any of their legal issues.

Tony earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. Tony was previously the City Attorney for the City of Green Bay and City of De Pere along with the Village Attorney/Deputy Village Manager for the Village of Ashwaubenon.

Having grown up in Rice Lake and with family now located in Eau Claire and Menomonie, Tony continues to have numerous connections to Western Wisconsin. In his spare time, Tony enjoys physical activity, reading, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and dogs.
