Attorney Kelsey GunvalsonIn Wausau and Eau Claire
Attorney Kelsey Gunvalson practices in the firm’s Business, Municipal Law, and Civil Litigation Sections. She earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024.
Kelsey grew up on a farm in a small town in northern Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Environmental Studies and Philosophy.
While in law school, Kelsey clerked for a law firm where she assisted clients with elder and disability law matters. Being from a rural community herself, she worked for Equal Justice Works as a Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellow, where she helped bring civil legal aid to rural communities in Minnesota. Most recently, Kelsey has worked in-house at an HVAC manufacturing company, providing advice on a variety of contractual and corporate legal matters.
Kelsey resides in Wausau and is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
