Mark A. Sauer is a member of the firm’s business and corporate, labor and employment, school law, and civil litigation law sectors.
He practices in both state and federal courts, as well as before numerous state and federal agencies. Mark represents both employers and employees and effectively handles cases involving discrimination, wage issues and non-competition agreements.
Mark received his undergraduate degree at Ohio Northern University in 1992 for his B.A. He then he continued on at Ohio Northern University in 1996 for his J.D. Mark graduated with high distinction from Ohio Northern University.
Mark was the former President for the Marathon County Bar Association and is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Mark serves as the City of Wausau Municipal Judge. He is also a Willis Society Member.
Mark has been on the board of many organizations. Mark has served as a former board member for The YWCA Wausau Foundation, The Women’s Community Inc., and Marathon County Library Foundation.
