Attorney Sheldon Oppermann – Of Counselin Eau Claire, Menomonie, Black River Falls, and Wausau

Sheldon Oppermann practices in business and corporate sectors as well as real estate. He previously worked in commercial real estate development, construction, property management, leasing, and financing. At Weld Riley, he is able to combine that practical experience with sound legal advice.

Sheldon received his B.S. in Architecture and his MBA in Business/Corporations from UW-Milwaukee. He continued his education by earning a law degree at Marquette University with an emphasis in Contract, Finance and Tax. While attending Marquette University, Sheldon received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® for receiving the highest grade in Contract Drafting and Tax for Individuals and graduated with cum laude honors.

Sheldon has received the honor of Forty Under 40 – Milwaukee Business Journal and BOMA Fellow designation at BOMA International.

In his prior roles, Sheldon has been responsible for the financial operations of a large Milwaukee area architecture firm, as well as a prominent Wisconsin property management and real estate development firm.  This experience has given Sheldon an in-depth understanding of the many ways to manage financial goals and helps him not only be an advisor, but also a facilitator.
